Easy2Success ("App") is operated by Pandora Technology ("we", "us", or "our"). The App, its content, tools, AI features, courses, and services are collectively referred to as the “Service.”
- By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Pandora Technology. Please read them carefully.
- Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always include a “Last Updated” date.
- Continued use of the App means you accept any changes made.
2. Important Disclaimers
- This agreement contains legal disclaimers (Sections 7–9), limitation of liability (Section 8), and other essential terms.
- If you do not agree or are not eligible to be bound by these Terms, do not use the App.
3. Profile Registration
- Some features require account registration. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You represent that you’re at least 4 years old and your use does not violate any applicable laws.
- If you’re under 18, parental or guardian supervision is required.
- We may suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
- By signing up, you agree to receive app updates or notifications. You may opt out of non-essential communications.
4. Use of the Service
- All content (excluding User Content) belongs to us or our partners.
- You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the App unless permitted.
- User-submitted content remains your intellectual property, but you give us a license to display and use it in connection with the App.
- You’re granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the App.
- You are responsible for any legal consequences resulting from your use of the App.
- You must provide your own mobile device and internet access.
- We may change features, pricing, or services at any time.
- Use of the App is at your own risk; we are not liable for any device or data loss.
5. App Stores & Third Parties
- App Store terms (e.g., Apple, Google) also apply.
- We are not responsible for third-party content or advertisements.
- Your dealings with third parties are your responsibility.
- You release Pandora Technology from disputes between you and other users or external services.
6. P Coins, Subscription & Payments
- Some features require payment or P Coins, a virtual in-app currency.
- P Coins can be used for:
- Unlocking messages
- Enrolling in VIP Trainings
- Registering for PEC Skill Tests
- Reading premium books
- Listening to exclusive podcasts
- Submitting and checking CVs
- Purchasing tickets for exams at Pandora Test Centers (test.easy2success.app)
- Subscription plans are managed by App Stores. We do not issue refunds directly.
- Free trials may auto-renew unless canceled.
- We may change pricing or coin values at any time with notice.
- Top-up balances cannot be refunded or transferred.
- Cashback is not offered for purchases made using top-up balance.
- VIP Membership: Users can purchase a VIP Membership to access:
- VIP Trainings
- VIP Meetups
- Pandora AI goal-checking feature
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty. We do not guarantee:
- That the Service is accurate or error-free
- That issues will be resolved
- That content is always available
- That any results will be achieved
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid to us in the last 6 months.
- Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your content
- Your violation of these Terms
10. Community Guidelines
- Do not post offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content
- Do not spam, harass, or impersonate others
- Do not violate intellectual property rights
We may remove content or suspend users who violate these guidelines.
11. Reviews Policy
- We may moderate or remove reviews if:
- You submit multiple reviews for the same goal
- Your review contains external links
- Your review includes technical issues already resolved
- Your review promotes hate speech, religion, politics, or insults other users
